Callyope (“Callyope”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the Callyope Website and Mobile-App Applications (the “Service”), and Callyope content, such as text, graphics, videos, images, information, and other material (“Content”). It describes how we use, secure, collect, and share information of our users.

1. The Information we collect

 

We only collect information you provide. When you create an account with Callyope, we may ask for information to process your registration, including an email address and password. If you connect or sign in to our Service or Content using a third-party service, we will use that third-party service to authenticate you. We collect this information so that it can be used for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy.

Callyope collect also information needful for the operation of the Service:

– Answers and scores from questionnaires

– Recording of your voice during voice tests

Non-Personally Identifiable Information. When you use the Service, we may also collect and store information about the mobile, computer or other devices you use to access our Service and about how you use them. We may also collect and store information such as your IP address, language, operating system, unique device identifier, mobile network information including phone number, the date and time of your usage.

We use the information we collect to operate and provide you with the Callyope Service and Content. This includes, but is not limited to:

– Authenticating your login

– Protecting our intellectual property or other rights

– Managing and improving our business, Service and Content.

We reserve the right to email you (i) to address account issues or (ii) you request a reset password or (iii) as required by law.

We also reserve the right to use or share non-personal information (e.g., de-identified or aggregate data) for any purpose.

WE WILL NOT SELL, SHARE, OR TRADE THE PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII) YOU SUBMIT TO ANY UNRELATED THIRD PARTIES, MASS MARKETERS, OR TO OTHER NON-AFFILIATED ENTITIES FOR THEIR MARKETING PURPOSES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Your PII will not be visible to other users of the Service unless you provide them with access to it.

We and our partners use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Service or Content, and this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. This Privacy Policy may be updated by Callyope from time to time. If Callyope makes material changes, we will provide notice to you either by email or by the application. Please note that unless otherwise provided by applicable law, your continued use of our Service or Content means that you agree with, and consent to be bound by, the updated Privacy Policy.
